01 - Place durian flesh, banana, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract (if using), and ice cubes in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
04 - Pour into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
