02 - In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Gently fold the diced strawberries, blueberries, and mango into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing to prevent crushing the fruit.
04 - Using a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each bite about 1 inch apart to prevent sticking.
05 - Sprinkle each bite with mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired, pressing them gently into the surface to adhere.
06 - Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely firm and set.
07 - Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
