Game Day Guacamole Salsa (Print Version)

# What You Need:

→ For the Guacamole

01 - 3 ripe avocados
02 - 1 lime, juiced
03 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
04 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
05 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1/2 tsp salt
07 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

→ For the Salsa

08 - 2 medium tomatoes, diced
09 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
10 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
11 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
12 - 1 tbsp lime juice
13 - 1/4 tsp salt
14 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

→ For Serving

15 - Tortilla chips

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
02 - Add lime juice, garlic, red onion, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the avocados. Mash gently with a fork until creamy with a bit of texture.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to make the salsa. Stir well.
04 - Spread the guacamole in a serving bowl. Spoon the salsa evenly over the top.
05 - Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
