01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Combine barbecue sauce, reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
03 - Arrange kielbasa slices and pineapple chunks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Brush generously with the glaze, reserving about one-third for later.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each piece and brush again with more glaze.
06 - Bake for another 8–10 minutes, until caramelized and heated through.
07 - Thread each kielbasa slice and pineapple chunk onto toothpicks for serving. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
08 - Serve warm as an appetizer.
