01 - Wash and prepare all produce: chop pineapple into small pieces, remove tough stems from kale and chop leaves, peel banana.
02 - Add almond milk, kale, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup to blender jar.
03 - Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and no leafy pieces remain.
04 - Add ice cubes and blend again for 30-45 seconds until smoothie reaches desired creamy consistency.
05 - Taste smoothie and add additional honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
06 - Pour immediately into glasses and serve while chilled.
